DiaPS presented at EMCA General Assembly 2026 through networking opportunities

During the EMCA General Assembly 2026, held in Sant Cugat, we took the opportunity to actively engage in networking with representatives of multisport organisations, partners, and stakeholders from across Europe.

In this dynamic environment, we introduced the DiaPS – Diabetes Digital Peer Support application, which is currently in its final stages of development. Through informal discussions and one-on-one exchanges, we presented the concept of the platform, its key functionalities, and its potential impact on athletes, parents, and individuals living with type 1 diabetes.

The conversations focused on the importance of accessible, community-driven support in sport, as well as the value of combining digital tools with educational resources. The fact that the application is approaching its launch phase generated strong interest among participants, particularly in relation to its peer support features and content library.

These networking moments proved to be a valuable opportunity not only to raise awareness about the DiaPS project, but also to gather initial reactions and feedback from a diverse international audience. As the project moves towards completion, such exchanges contribute to building a stronger foundation for the upcoming launch and future community engagement.
