Talking about the project at the IDF Conference in Lisbon

While attending IDF Conference Croatian representative, Ines Jakopanec presented the Sports&Diabetes project to Young Leaders in Diabetes (YLD).

Alnogside YLD presentation of the project, the main one, the symposium was held also at IDF Congress.
